Lamination
The efficient and high-quality performance of our system is due to its heatable and pneumatic pressure features.
Our heatable roller, crafted from silicone rubber, can reach temperatures up to 120°C. This allows the glue film to be heated during the lamination process on a glass surface.
The combination of high temperature and pressure ensures superior lamination results. It guarantees strong adhesive strength while preventing air bubbles and wrinkles.

Cutting
In the past, creating patterns on glass involved cutting designs on vinyl protective films with a small plotter before applying them to the glass.
Today, the Artcut machine has transformed this process. Simply adhere the protective film to the glass first. Then, carve out your chosen design directly on the film. The last step is to peel off the areas of the film where the glass is to be sandblasted, unveiling the final design. This modern method is not only more straightforward but also ensures precision in every creation.
Sandblasting
Process
Two types of sandblasting machines: Horizontal
Vertical
Horizontal type: This model operates without an air-compressor and nozzles, facilitating bulk production. The glass transitions smoothly from one end to the other on a conveyor belt moving at a speed of 1 meter per minute.
Vertical type: This versatile option offers both automatic and manual operations, utilizing an air-compressor and nozzles.
